The «positive leadership» management approach was implemented at the UAS Grisons in 2024.
Positive leadership is being implemented as a management approach at the UAS Grisons using the PERMA-Lead® model. PERMA is an acronym and stands for: Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment.
The application of positive leadership creates an environment based on trust, appreciation and openness. Positive leadership promotes a culture of mutual support in which everyone can contribute their individual strengths to enjoy shared achievements and overcome obstacles. The existing leadership principles are reflected in the PERMA-Lead model and are now being practised as positive leadership.
