Robert Müller was head of the management training programs at the Graubünden University of Applied Sciences for 15 years and is a lecturer in Leadership & Management.
He previously worked as an adult educator/consultant at UBS AG and spent 10 years training middle and upper management on the topics of leadership, coaching, communication and self-management. He designed numerous training initiatives in line with the company strategy and supported managers in individual coaching sessions.
Robert Mueller studied business administration and is a trained organizer, coach and outdoor trainer. He has also specialized in the areas of systemic consulting, process support, personality typology according to C.G. Jung, interculturality, emotional intelligence and further training in training consulting.
He enjoys photography and is interested in spirituality.
