Bianka Lichtenberger heads the Higher Education Development & Quality Management division. As a member of the cross-departmental SKILL team, she develops and supports innovative approaches to teaching and learning processes and the Lifelong Learning project at FH Graubünden. As a lecturer in Organizational Development & People Management, she teaches in both master's and bachelor's programs.

Bianka Lichtenberger studied economics and sociology at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg and earned her doctorate on the influence of intercultural management on business outcomes at the Faculty of Business Administration at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg. After training as a business journalist and working for several years as an editor for Handelsblatt, Wirtschaftswoche, Manager Magazin, and Der Spiegel, she joined the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva as an expert in management development and entrepreneurship. She later took on the role of heading group-wide organizational and personnel management at Alusuisse-Lonza and Schindler and served as Vice President responsible for global competence processes at ABB.

At the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen, she developed and led the Corporate Universities & Academies division and, as a program director, designed the EMBA International Management program at the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen. As Managing Director of the FIBAA accreditation agency and as a consultant and interim manager for higher education development, she worked on numerous projects for universities in the D-A-CH education market. As Prorector and Dean of the Faculty of Business at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (VS), she led the university initiative "Digital Education" to develop new network structures and competence development 4.0. Through the consulting group she founded, she advises educational institutions and German-speaking SMEs in China, Southeast Asia, and Latin America on organizational transformation processes and competence development.
