Public administration must continue to develop in a future-oriented way and adapt its services and processes to the changing needs of different stakeholders due to the digital transformation. In order to shape and accompany the digital transformation, employees must develop new competences. This CAS course aims to impart the acquisition of competences for understanding, shaping and leading the digital transformation in public administration by means of an attractive and practice-oriented continuing education programme in a university context.
