As part of the Leadership-CAS, we deal specifically with questions of self-reflection, self-awareness and self-knowledge. We use modern leadership concepts to support managers in facing the real challenges in their professional environment. This enables them to tackle and master their tasks more calmly with the appropriate social and personal skills as well as current models and methods. This also promotes a holistic view of leadership, which makes the entire organisation more resilient.
