Building well means building sustainably: structurally correct, well designed, social on a broad foundation and energy efficient. The MAS in Sustainable Construction is offered in cooperation with five universities in German-speaking Switzerland.

Continue your education in the CAS Continued Construction on Existing Buildings! In this further education course in architecture, you will deal with monument preservation, energy and preservation and conversion as a process. The CAS can be credited as part of the MAS EN Bau.

The specialist course Basics of Construction Site Management teaches the basics of construction management. At the end of the course, you will be able to monitor costs, deadlines and the quality of workmanship on the construction site. During an excursion to a major construction site, you will also get to know the practical side.

The CAS Urban Forestry consists of five specialist courses (basic module) and a transdisciplinary practical module. You will learn about various elements: Tree, forest, environment, urban landscape, city and society as well as the necessary communication strategies that contribute to the urban whole.

The specialist course Construction Site Management in Practice was designed in such a way that it builds on existing knowledge in construction management and offers the opportunity to apply this concretely to a building construction project.

The specialist course fire protection teaches the basics of quality assurance responsibility in fire protection for construction projects. The course enables you to take over quality assurance in the planning and execution phase of construction projects.
